Our Mission
We are committed to developing the skills and abilities of young children to enable them to become excellent athletes within the sport of football.
Our coaching staff will give students their full attention so that their skills, techniques, and social and team-building skills improve as they pursue their dream of becoming professional football players or gaining employment within the industry .
Our Pathway
We provide a comprehensive youth program for players as young as 6 years old all the way up to 18 years old.
Our youth section is structured into three tiers which is Foundation Phase , Development Phase, Pre academy .
Foundation Phase ; This where all players for school year 4 - 6 , we wish to develop two squads , and the ability of that player is determined by the coach , this gives a chance for beginners to start playing and not feel they are out of place and focus on the individual skills and ability, Tactical and Technical ability and their team environment on and off the pitch. we want to build a positive and professional approach within the squads. . This will progress our Development and pre-academy phases as from school year 7 - 10 , then on to our senior squads in the future.
Development and pre-academy : These phases are for mid to high, High - elite , for school year 7-10 , again we wish to establish two squads per phase, again as above to ensure the ability of the player is in the interest of the player , if he / she excels we will either push them up after a discussion with player and Parent to the other squad . The pre- academy phase start at school year 8 which only have 1 squad which this is the ultimate goal for all players.
Educational & Football Programs.
This is the ultimate pathway to bring education and Football together , this is offered to school year 9/10 as in house with the current school he / she is in , working with the school if accepted as 60/40% ratio , being 60% academic 40% being football.
we also run 16+ 1 year functional academic studies with sports related qualifications , Coaching and match play.
