The academy is only players that has been invited by our head coach or been successful players from our Development squads .

This is our constitution that is our commitment  to our members , players, and parents . Please read and understand our values and inspiration that we set.

This Policy is set to safeguard your child  , if you have any issues with us on the welfare of your child please contact our welfare officer at once , please do not ignore your child safety is paramount to us.

We are a charter standard club of which takes a lot of hard work by our coaches and staff it is accreditation by the FA FOR QUALITY AND SAFETY and we have met the requirements of the FA to be a safe environment for your child

We as a club and any events that the club arrange expect our parents to act in a proper manner at matches and training and any other event the club/academy organises . We abide by the FA respect program which we are monitored to gain our Charter Standard FA Accredition which show us being a safe and respectable club for players to come to.

Please Refrain from any abusive behaviuor to our staff and other parents , and let the Coach Coach when matches and training is on please. we wish to establish a enjoyable atomsphere for the players , coaches and parents. We will not tolerate any Racism within the club at any time.

The  Players code of conduct is important to their development to insure they apply the guidlines and good practice in their coaching sessions and matches . It is also to insure they respect the other players ability and members of the community  what ever religion or ethnic group.

We expect the players to come to training with the vision that if i work hard i will succeed !

The club is signed up with the FA Respect program which states we traet all as equals what ever their ethnic group , abaillity or disability and we are here to help one another with our successes or downfalls. This is important to the integrity of the club and its further development in the future.

 The Coaches code of conduct is ensure the coach act in a professional manner at all times and the safety is paramount and wellbeing of the players is priority.All our Coaches go through a three tier recruitment procedure to ensure we find the right people that will represent us to a high level , to accredition such as the FA Charter standard and welfare standard of the Football assoication.
